Many customers requested that we declare their shipments as "gift" with a value of US$ 40.00 to avoid any duties in some countries. Please let us know if you want your shipment to be declared as such. But generally, there are no duties on personal food supplement products in small quantities. Our Tian Xian product (white box) has not been advertised as Herbal Dietary Supplement nor is that expression written on our Tian Xian box. Therefore we do not have any problems to send the original Tian Xian into United States of America or any other country. |

Damaged goods upon arrival must be reported to our Customer Service Department by e-mail, followed by the return of the goods. Please save the original packaging material for inspection. We will replace the damaged products, credit the account or make a full refund at the discretion of the customers as soon as we receive the original returns. Damaged products must be reported 30 days from the date of original purchase. |
