Why is our Tian Xian so much cheaper?

In today’s global economy we find the same things happen over and over again. Manufacturers want to protect their goods for certain markets, thus enjoying different price policies in different countries, and of course best profits. And they fail. Price control is almost impossible in today’s global economy - so are restrictions for distributorships.

If a businessman is able to buy a product legally in the market and sell it to willing customers, he should do so. Our whole world wide economy is based on this. How, otherwise could for instance Ebay become such a giant reseller of goods, which are at most brand new items.

Would anybody believe that someone, selling brand new shoes from Adidas, Puma, Nike or whatever goods on Ebay, have asked respective company to allow them to sell it on Ebay? No. Thousands of Ebay vendors would be liable for fraudulent activities and copyright infringement while citing the manufacturers product description and product advantages from manufacturer’s brochures. This is a free world and whatever makes sense to sell to willing customers you are allowed to sell it (with exception of dangerous, hazardous and forbidden goods, like firearms, ammunition and more).

Talking about Tian Xian:

We buy Tian Xian in China. You will get the local product, manufactured from same company as all other Tian Xian products you will find on the internet. Only the packing is different. Ours is white and others is brown. Our packing carries the Company logo and a laser imprinted stamp as a guarantee for its origin. This product is manufactured for the local Chinese market. Our price is much lower because we can buy it cheaper and pass it on to you.

Now is this fair? We believe that this is fair enough. And above all, it is in the customer’s (yours!) best interest.

We find same happen with Gillette blades from Hungarian markets suddenly showing up here in London for half of the price Londoners would usually pay in the drugstore. We find this with so many prescription drugs being sold to customers in USA, coming from Canada for half of the price and also from drugs coming to London from other parts of the world.

The only unlawful behavior that I can see here is the record you showed me from the internet archive waybackmachine. Your competitor indeed had your website address listed saying that you are selling a fake Tian Xian product, which now the manufacturer himself admits through his fax, that what you sell is his original product. Here we have a strong case, resulting in damage and compensation claims. One more disturbance of your business in any kind and we should take legal action against the owners of said website, if you want me to do so, regardless they carefully took down those claims in the meanwhile.

Regarding your website, I must say it is made in a most responsible way, saying everywhere and all over again that all information about Tian Xian is taken from the brochure and that you are not in a position to judge claims whether right or wrong. This will protect you from any copyright dispute whatsoever.
