1. Why is Tian Xian so expensive and are there cheaper Tian Xian on the market?

Our Tian Xian is much cheaper then the one from other sellers. The reason is, because there exist 2 different kinds of Tian Xian liquid from same manufacturer, one for the local Chinese market and one for International market. We buy it directly in China and pass it on to willing customers. Thus you can save between 200 - 250 Dollars dollars when buying with us.

2. I want to order Tian Xian online, but I have no Credit Card. Are there ways to pay other than with Credit Card?

We accept payment by Credit Card or you can pay by Bank transfer to our bank account in USA, or pay by paypal or pay by Check.

3. I saw other web sites selling Tian Xian more expensive than yours. But how come in your price is shipping and handling included and with the others I have to pay on top of published price for shipping and handling.

Yes, that is right. We are much cheaper and on top of that, we include shipping and handling in our published price.

4. How long will it take from ordering until my Tian Xian arrives?

From the day we receive your order, the shipment instruction goes directly to the warehouse. By following day your order will be ready for packing and mailing. Then there is a period between 7 - 12 days for all International orders send by airmail and 6-9 days by Express Mail.

5. Do I have to pay any custom clearance in my country (USA) for Tian Xian?

Daily we ship herbals, ginseng and other natural health medications around the world. In most countries there are no restrictions for these natural products. Tian Xian is also a natural product. But just in case and to be on the safe side: we offer to all our clients whatever shipment they have: If you are concerned about customs, send e-mail to us, telling us to mark your parcel as a gift with a value of US $ 40. Then nothing unforeseen can happen.

6. I want to give a try for Tian Xian and order for 1 month. And if it helps me I will order more. In case I will run out of first shipment but second not yet arrived. Is that harmful to the course?

It is certainly better to take Tian Xian without interruption. For this reason we advise: order 1 month shipment first and if you see the positive effects, order a second or third within about 15 days of the arrival of the first shipment. In this case we have another 2 weeks to mail the second shipment while you have not finished the first yet.
